what is Ashewa Delivery?

Ashewa provides three types of delivery methods based on our customer location.

Delivery Types

you will receive your item at your preferred location within 3 hours after the order is placed. Express delivery is the fastest form of shipping. The customer pays an extra shipping cost for this type of delivery, as the shipment will get transported to his current location anywhere between 24 to 72 hours.

delivery of goods within 3 hours, but not longer than one day after collection by the courier. This one is the fastest delivery delivery service which is crucial for time sensitive good.

the delivery of goods the day after they have been collected by the courier. This delivery is also referred to as 24 hours or overnight delivery.

standard shipping and delivery often takes between 3 to 5 business days. So expedited shipping might get our package to you. Our most expedited shipping takes between 2 to 3 days

DOOR TO DOOR

Ashewa will bring your order to your doorsteps.

SELF- PICK UP

You can pick up your order from the Ashewa Warehouse or in the sellers store with no delivery cost.

Express delivery

you will receive your item at your preferred location within 3 hours after the order is placed.

shipping procedure

You will go to ashsewa.com and select your product and quantities and paid for it. Then When you order your item, at checkout you will have the option to select your delivery time and your current location.

Delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery methods you have selected in No 1 . But, there is no delivery fee if a customer selected self-pick-up delivery method.

Ashewa provides order packaging, order processing, warehouse product storage services and delivery system with Ashewa Logistics and Experess Mail Service/ALEMS/ system.

Ashewa is partner with other delivery mail service providers such as Ethiopian Express Mail Services/EMS/ and other postal services for local transaction especially for regional delivery coverage.

Ashewa’s cross country logistics and delivery partners such as Buses and heavy vehicles are always ready for all local transaction mostly for regional states and cities.

Ashewa has its own motor bikes to address each delivery routes in Addis Ababa.

Our Customers can themselves to self-pick up from Ashewa Warehouse and/or in sellers and manufacturers store directly with no delivery cost.

Ashewa International partners such as DHL provides cross contenetal logistics and shipping delivery system anywhere where Ashewa customers are in.

Order Processing Steps

Customer Buyers will place their order on ashewa.com
Sellers will hand over their products to the driver with order requisition receiving note. Handing over the product is to confirm delivering requested goods to the our drivers based on re-question ID and transaction ID.
All products will store, sorted and kept in Ashewa warehouse based on their seller address and districts.
All ordered products will be packaged and attached with receipts. And delivery note will be provided to the product owner so that he can control his product in his seller dashboard.
Ashewa drivers will process products in the warehouse to the customer whenever there will be any order on seller behalf. Our delivery boy(driver) collect products from warehouse then drop to the respective customer buyer.
Customers receive their ordered products by confirming their delivery to the respective products based on order ID and transaction ID.

Express delivery

you will receive your item at your preferred location within 3 hours after the order is placed.

Same-day delivery

you will receive your item at your preferred location within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Next Delivery time

When you order your item, at checkout you will have the option to select your delivery time and location

Expedited delivery

We deliver your order as soon as possible within a week using the delivery method of your choice

Self Pick Shipping fees

No delivery fee. You can pick your order in person on Ashewa warehouse without any delivery cost at any time.

Shipping restrictions

We currently ship only in Addis Ababa. We will be expanding to other regions very soon
